Spring break in situ

PRACTICALITIES :

The sale takes place "in its own juice" on the property where Madame K's entire collection is located.

Lots are sold as is. The encoding and photo-taking are carried out on site.

In order to facilitate the organization of the after-sales service, and given that the said property must be emptied as soon as possible, we insist that payment for your purchases be made as soon as we receive your purchase slip. This will be sent to you on the day of the sale, i.e. Friday May 30, 2025.

As soon as payment has been made by bank transfer, I suggest that you arrange an appointment with us (by email) for the collection of your lots. Lots must be collected within one week of the sale. The precise address for collection in Walloon Brabant (BEAUVECHAIN) will be communicated to you just prior to collection. We invite you to provide packaging and, if necessary, assistance and tools for moving your lots.
