PRACTICALITIES :
The sale takes place on the premises where all the lots are located.
Lots are sold as is. The encoding and photo-taking are carried out on site, in situ.
In order to facilitate the organization of the after-sales service, and given that this is an in situ sale and that the premises must be emptied as soon as possible, we insist that payment for your purchases be made as soon as we receive your purchase slip. This will be sent to you on the day of the sale, Friday February 27, 2026.
As soon as payment has been made by bank transfer, I suggest that you arrange an appointment with us (by e-mail) for the collection of your lots. Lots must be collected within one week of the sale. The precise address for collection in Braine-l'Alleud (Sept Fontaines) will be communicated to you just prior to collection. We invite you to provide packaging and, if necessary, assistance and tools for moving your lots.
