PRACTICALITIES :

The sale takes place "in its own juice" on the estate where the entire collection of the Baroness de R. is located.

Lots are sold as is. The encoding and photo-taking were carried out in situ.

In order to facilitate the organization of the after-sales service, and given that the said property must be emptied as soon as possible, we insist that payment for your purchases be made as soon as we receive your purchase slip. This will be sent to you on the day of the sale, Friday October 25, 2024.

As soon as payment has been made by bank transfer, please arrange an appointment with us (by e-mail) for the collection of your lots. Lots must be collected within one week of the sale. The exact pick-up address in Brabant Wallon (not far from Grez-Doiceau, Belgium, Europe) will be communicated to you when we send you your purchase slip.
