PRACTICALITIES :


The sale takes place on the premises where all the lots are located.


Lots are sold as is. The encoding and photo-taking are carried out on site.


In order to facilitate the smooth organization of the after-sales service as this is a judicial sale and the aforementioned storage area must be emptied as soon as possibleWe insist that you pay for your purchases as soon as you receive your purchase slip. This will be sent to you on the day of the sale, i.e. Friday September 19, 2025.


As soon as payment has been made by bank transfer, I suggest that you arrange an appointment with us (by e-mail) for the collection of your lots. Lots must be collected within one week of the sale. The exact pick-up address in Chastre (Brabant Wallon) will be communicated to you just prior to collection. We invite you to provide packaging and, if necessary, assistance and tools for moving your lots.
