PRACTICAL DETAILS:

The sale takes place “as-is” at the very location where all the lots are situated.

The lots are sold as-is. Cataloging and photography were conducted on-site and therefore in their actual setting. 

To facilitate the smooth organization of post-sale procedures—and therefore since this is an on-site sale and the premises must be cleared as soon as possible,we insist that payment for your purchases be made upon receipt of your purchase slip.This will be sent to you on the day of the sale, Friday, October 9, 2026.

Once payment by bank transfer has been completed, I suggest you schedule an appointment with us (via email) to pick up your lots.These must be picked up within the week following the sale. The exact pickup address in Grez-Doiceau (Walloon Brabant) will be provided to you shortly before you pick up your purchases. Please make arrangements for packaging and, if necessary, assistance and tools for transporting your lots.
