PRACTICALITIES :

The sale takes place on the premises where all the lots are located.

Lots are sold as is. The encoding and photo-taking are carried out on site, in situ.

In order to facilitate the smooth organization of the after-sales service as this is an in situ sale and the said premises must be emptied as soon as possibleWe insist that payment for your purchases be made as soon as we receive your purchase slip. This will be sent to you on the day of the sale, Friday October 17, 2025.

As soon as payment has been made by bank transfer, I suggest that you arrange an appointment with us (by e-mail) for the collection of your lots. Lots must be collected within one week of the sale. The exact pick-up address in Incourt (Brabant Wallon) will be communicated to you just prior to collection. We invite you to provide packaging and, if necessary, assistance and tools for moving your lots.

We are pleased to present our October online sale of in situ antiques. A vacation full of charm and curiosities...

Full of charm, as it reflects the passion for beauty of an inspiring collector. Full of curiosities too, to be discovered in a unique setting: a property nestled in the Walloon Brabant region, in Incourt (between Perwez and Jodoigne - Belgium - Europe).

Madame V., a great art lover, has carefully assembled a multitude of objects: furniture, paintings, sculptures and various pieces, from the past to the present day.

Now that the property has been sold, everything must find a taker!
