PRACTICAL DETAILS:

The sale takes place "as-is" at the very location where all the lots are situated.

The lots are sold as-is. Cataloging and photography were conducted on-site and therefore in situ.

To facilitate the smooth organization of post-sale procedures—and given that this is an on-site sale and the premises must be vacated as soon as possible—we insist that payment for your purchases be made (in cash) upon receipt of your purchase slip. This will be sent to you on the day of the sale, Friday, June 19, 2026.

Once payment by bank transfer has been completed, I suggest you schedule an appointment with us (via email) to pick up your lots. These must be picked up within the week following the sale. The exact pickup address in Strombeek-Bever will be provided to you just before you collect your purchases. We ask that you bring your own packaging and, if necessary, assistance and tools for moving your lots (which are sometimes located upstairs).
